Rush To Materialism
Two towers fell and money flowed like rain
Dust settled to enrich poor left behinds
Not the dead who fell furlongs to their pain
Yet family touched by financial binds

Red Cross conduits quickly clogged with gold
Tempting them to redirect large fortunes
To coffers paying for failures quite old
And at length refused to return such runes

Of choice and value to children and wives
Attempting to cope with death laden constraints
Administrative greed impacted lives
Fluries in how quickly mass cash flow taints

Trusted heads of situations betrayed
Decades of time to build reputations
Amount induced or conspiracy's trade
Clarity escapes thru dispensations

For once they were caught heads quickly resign
Cutting links to pressured moves unseen
Which provide the dynamics of design
Allowing dysfunction it's embedding

Propaganda claimed incidental death was bold
Populations react with suspicion
Heros aren't made from accidents and cold
But need distinctive valiant action
